The Orion's School follows a transparent, fair, and student-friendly admission process in accordance with CBSE and Jharkhand Government regulations.
1. Admission Enquiry and Registration
Parents/Guardians may visit the school campus or submit an enquiry through the official website.
Admission Registration Form must be filled with accurate student and parent details.
Registration does not guarantee admission; it is subject to seat availability and eligibility criteria.
2. Eligibility Criteria (Age and Class Requirement)
Admission is granted as per CBSE and Jharkhand Government age norms:

Admission to higher classes requires successful completion of the previous class from a recognized school.
3. Entrance Assessment (Class I to X)
Students applying for Class I and above may be required to appear for a written test and/or interaction.
The assessment evaluates basic knowledge in English, Mathematics, and General Awareness.
Admission is granted based on performance and seat availability.
4. Document Submission (Mandatory as per CBSE & Jharkhand Govt.)
Parents must submit the following documents:
Birth Certificate (issued by Municipal Corporation / Panchayat)
Transfer Certificate (TC) from previous school (Class II onwards mandatory)
Previous Class Report Card / Mark Sheet
Aadhaar Card of Student
Aadhaar Card of Parents
Passport-size Photographs (Student and Parents)
Residential Address Proof
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Medical Fitness Certificate (recommended)
5. Admission Confirmation
Admission will be confirmed only after document verification and payment of admission fees.
Parents will receive an Admission Confirmation Receipt.
Students must follow school rules, discipline, and uniform guidelines.
6. Admission Rules as per CBSE and Jharkhand Government
Admission is open to all students irrespective of caste, religion, gender, or background.
Transfer Certificate is mandatory for students coming from another school (Class II onwards).
The school follows CBSE curriculum and Jharkhand State Education Department norms.
False or incorrect information may result in cancellation of admission.
7. Hostel Admission Procedure (If Applicable)
Hostel admission is available for eligible students based on seat availability.
Separate hostel registration and rules must be followed.
Medical fitness and discipline compliance are mandatory for hostel residents.
